I find the dating scene to be so complicated and scary. Most people in our society today are involved with online dating. But there are so many possibilities of becoming targets. And what I mean by targets is, victims of rapists, abusers, or thiefs! What should a person do if they find themselves in a position where they like someone, but they’ve met online, and are unsure of what percautions to take? Here are some safety tips for you to fall back on.
1. Always meet your interest in a public place. If they tell you they don’t like public places for
some reason or another. Leave them alone! They are probably up to no good.
2. Get as much information as you can about your interest before you meet. Address, Place
of employment, Bank, etc., and check up on this information before meeting them. You need to
know that they are being honest and up front with you from the start.
3. Bring a friend to watch over you. This friend should not be joining you, but be off to the side
close by, taking pictures. This friend should get a picture of their car, license plate number,
the interest themselves, etc. They won’t know who you know (unless you have their
face plastered on the website you met them on).
4. Don’t forget to bring your cell phone, which hopefully has voice activation. If at any point you
start feeling uncomfortable with his advances, you can just reach inside your purse and push
the side of your phone and start recording. I give this advice, because if you decide you want
to file charges against him for harassment, the police will need some kind of proof.
5. Never give them too much information. Don’t get into bank accounts, where your kids go to
school (it’s none of their business unless they want to start paying their child support), how
much income you make, where you keep your valuables in the home (they could follow you
home and break in while your gone, or worse, sleeping!)
It’s a very unsafe world these days, and people are becoming harder and harder to trust. I know…I’ve made this mistake. And it almost cost me my life! Worse yet, I didn’t have the smarts at the time to take these precautions, and the police had very little to go on. I never did catch my attacker.
Be safe…not sorry!

INTRODUCTION
We all know that the world is dealing in financial crisis now a days and there are some people who are dealing on how to make a living for their family.
Honestly, In our country, Jobs are really difficult to reach especially for those people that are undergraduate because most of the companies here offer the job vacancies to degree holders.
That fact is absolutely difficult to accept because there will be lots of people or there are actually lots of people that are jobless… In that case,How will they provide the needs of their family ?
HOW DID I STARTED IT
Let me share you my story…
I am 19 years of age and I am a undergrad student because of financial problem so it is really too far for me to have a job as a manager, supervisor or even some saleslady because they still accept degree holders so it is very sad in my part.
My parents can’t afford to send me into the university because it is so expensive to study college so I don’t have the chance to finish the degree that I want which is music but then, I always say to myself that I need to earn and reach the goal that I always want. To be a songwriter.
I tried to apply to some companies but it is really difficult because they are looking for credentials and certificates of the schools.Luckily, someone gave me ideas about online earnings and I am still not convince that time because I did not prove it yet so I need to give a try. My friend told me that I only need internet connection and computer that I can start earning but I have still lots of questions and he helped me about it.English is actually my second language and I’m thinking that this is another way to improve my skill in writing so I give a try.
The first thing that I tried is the word they are calling PTC or The “Pay Per Click” and it is a site where you will click some advertisement and stay to that site for 30 seconds and you will have some penny but well we all know that trial and error is always there and of course scammers that blocks and destroys the trust of the users who want to earn online but still I am not discourage about it and continue my journey and look for some sites that is legit and really pays.
For 3 months looking for the legit sites that really pays really money, I proved it to myself that It really works so I am a full time online writer today and It’s giving me enough earning to all the expenses that I am dealing.
Now I will share you my success and tell you step by step on how to have a successful online earnings..
Earning online will be easy if you just have the word we call “Patience”… That is the first key to be successful… I know that I we need to have a little long time to start earning online and we need to have patience to be successful and I applied this and it is helpful… Another thing to have is you need to be “hard working” and we all know that doing it with the great effort will come up into a positive results…
Patience and hardworking is only some of the things that I applied to be successful of this kind of job so If I can do it,for sure you can..
STEPS TO START EARNING ONLINE
1- I called this piggy online bank and this is where I put my money from the sites that I worked and it is called “paypal”. I am sure there are lots of online users who know this site very well when it comes to the security of your money. Here, you can send and request money and of course accept payments from the sites that you’ve been working.sign up to this website with your valid email address and then you can start working on it.
2-Second thing to is of course, work from the sites and I will share you some of the sites that really pays…
Mylot-this is a forum sites that gives a penny rewards from every discussion you made, I actually started to this site and earn 13 dollars in one month and yeah it is a money..
Triond-If you are a good article writer then you can start publishing your hidden works out there and let the world judge how good you are..
Dooyoo-For those Uk residents, this will be great site for you if you are good in product review then you better start reviewing now.
daytipper-well if you are good in tipping then this site is the right for you.All you need to do is submit your original tips and if they approved it,you will earn much as 3 dollars per tips. See FAQ…
payperpost-Making lots of blogs but not earning from it? Well its time to earn from your own blog and send it to payperpost then you will earn the deserving value of your blogs..
this is only some of the sites that I am working for now and this is really pays if you will just apply “patience and hardworking”
Nothing is harmful in trying so why not and prove it yourself…:-0

If you didn’t set it up this time next time have your rental agreement include a discount for EARLY payment. Many people give a 5-10% discount if people pay BEFORE the due date. I also ask my renters to deposit directly into a special savings or checking account set up for the rental. Takes away all excuses
Even with that though we have had our times. One time it was hospital stays. This year it was high electric bills coupled with a job cutting back hours and then ensuing job change.
What I learned the hard way is you HAVE to keep current on all names, phone numbers, email addresses and job listings for your tenants. Let them know they need to keep you up to date with information. Landlords are not BANKS and they are not the renter’s mom! Call if you need extra time to pay. Once or 2x okay - habitually - NO!
So learn from me. Hire a property manager or do it right. Keep a fie on your tenant both on your computer and in a Paper Trail File. Tenants names, phone numbers, email addresses and job information. Inspect your the property regularly. If it is starting to look ragged outside make appointment to see the inside.
Anyone can lose a job fast so look up and obtain a copy of your states landlord/tenant handbook. Make sure your tenant has a copy of this book also. You can generally find this on line or at your local courthouse. This book will outline your states requirements for landlords and you should read up and be knowledgeable on what to do to handle your property in a businesslike way.
Now to the strong arming stuff. I really am being faceteous, it is more a matter of following legal outlines and communicating with tenant in calm way. If rent is late you need to start eviction proceedings. Especially if they have not called or emailed you to make arrangements. That does not mean they will be evicted just that you are sending a message. Eviction ios a process.
In the landlord/tenant hand book it will outline the proper way to send notice and start eviction proceeding. In our state after being given an eviction notice for nonpayment of rent, they have 5 days to bring current. Generally, you can not move them out if they do bring current in that time frame. A Landlord cannot refuse rent payment. They can however not accept payment arrangements. This is a good time to remind your tenant that the PHONE and EMAIL are to be used. I have a mortgage to pay and if I lose house THEY lose home too.
If allowed by law, deliver eviction notice in person, try to make arrangements for bringing current(i am not a bank) and have them sign it and leave a copy for them. I have two copies prepared ahead of time so that it is easy to leave a copy. Make sure to follow all legal methods. Remind them that if the arrangements are not met, the eviction process will resume.
If renters are not home - hop over to post office and mail the eviction notice certified mail return receipt requested. (keep receipts). The notice will be there very quickly that way. Also send an email notice and set your mail program for a read receipt if you want.
Once you have done this procedure a time or two the message is clear that you won’t be allowing late payments continually. Keep to this method and if there is reoccurring problem, it is documented. From there a decision to evict or keep as tenants can be made.
I have never had to go beyond that step so just follow the rules in the landlord/tenant act. and enjoy

As a licensed insurance agent, I spend a great deal of time counseling our seniors on the benefits related to Medicare. Medicare can be a very difficult subject for our seniors, since it is complex and confusing.
One of the most difficult parts of the Medicare program for seniors to understand, is the “coverage gap” in their drug prescription plan. This is the point where the Medicare member is responsible for paying 100% of their drug prescription costs. It is also the most traumatic part of the program because so many seniors are on a fixed income and can hardly afford to pay the entire cost of their prescriptions. Before you sign up for a drug prescription plan, be sure to ask your agent questions on anything you don’t fully understand. This is important and can save the member money in the long run.
Basically, when a Medicare member enrolls in a particular drug prescription plan, there are rules to follow that can help them save money. When registering for a drug plan be sure to know if there is a deductible associated with your plan. Some prescription drug plans have deductibles that have to be met first, before the company is responsible for its portion of the co-payments. Usually, if a plan has a deductible the monthly payments are lower. If you purchase a plan without a deductible, you will pay a higher monthly premium for the plan.
The drug plans without deductibles have distinct advantages from those with deductibles. If you have a plan without deductibles, you’re co-payments start immediately with your first prescription. ( A co-payment is the amount you’re drug company pays as part of its cost sharing) On the contrary, if you have a plan with a deductible, you have to pay 100% of the drug costs until you reach the deductible. Once you have satisfied your deductible the co-payments will begin.
Under the rules for 2009, when you have spent a total of $2,700, (this is the total of what you have paid toward your prescriptions and what the plan has paid in co-payments) you will then enter the “coverage gap”.
Once you’re drug costs exceed the $2,700, you are responsible for paying 100% of you’re drug costs until you’ve spent $4,350 on covered drugs. The $4,350 is a total of what you’re out of pocket costs were before you reached $2,700 (excluding your co-pays) and the corresponding amount you spend in the coverage gap that will total $4,350.
Once you have reached a total of $4,350 you have reached the “catastrophic coverage” level. At this point you will pay approximately $2.40 for generic drugs and $6.00 for all other drugs or 5% co-insurance for the remainder of the year. The following year the cycle starts again based on the updated Medicare prices.
When you are looking for a drug plan be sure to choose carefully. Some plans do offer coverage for you’re generic drugs through the “coverage gap,” and this can definitely save you money. This simply means that the company will offer co-pays for just generic drugs through the coverage gap, resulting in a savings to you, because you will not be responsible for paying 100% for you’re generic prescriptions when you’re in the “coverage gap.”
Also as a reminder, if you ever need additional information regarding Medicare, you can go to the Medicare site at www.medicare.gov for help.

Short - term medical insurance is a product for people who is in a period of transition; and who doesn’t have a standard health insurance coverage from his / her employers recently. Most short - term medical insurance policy only offer 36 months coverage, or limit the amount of time you can keep the policy to 12 months or less. It can be bought in one - month increments which makes it convenient to drop at the end of any month. Also, Short - term medical insurances are sold to people who are under the age of 65; who didn’t have pre - existing ill - conditions; and it is for healthy individuals and families. It is an appealing product in comparison of other insurance options provided to permanent employees; because of its low - cost premium.
The group of people who would buy short - term medical insurance part - time and temporary employees, such as seasonal workers. According to most company rules, part - time employees won’t be qualify to purchase corporate insurance plan, unless he / she will become a permanent employee in the future.
People who is temporarily out of work, between jobs, or laid off is mostly like in search of affordable short - term medical insurance. According to The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA), employees who are laid off or are between jobs can continue coverage with their previous employers for up to 36 months of period until new employer’s plan apply. If the premium of COBRA too high, the best option will be a short - term medical insurance with lower premium.
Newly college graduate is another group who is likely to buy short - term medical insurance. Because they won’t able to find a job instantly that offers health insurance benefits. Temporary insurance is their best solution temporarily.
Children who is going to turn 18, and is likely to lose their dependent status under their parents’ health coverage is another promised group. Because they will be turn to be an independent adult status, a short - term insurance can keep them insured until they find a job that offers health insurance, or they can enroll in an individual plan.
Another likelihood is that an individual temporarily without an insurance for other reason; such as on a strike; discharged from the military or have early retirement before turning into 65.
A short - term medical insurance generally offers low - cost premiums. Because they accept only the healthy individuals and families, who is not likely to claim in a short period of time during the coverage time. With Short - term medical insurance, you have benefits to visit any doctor or specialist you like. Surgery, hospital care, emergency services, diagnostic tests, prescription drugs, follow - up office visits, and even limited mental care are included under the policy.
For people who is between jobs, waiting for employer benefits, temporary workers or newly graduates without an affordable medical plan, a short - term medical insurance can be a temporary solution for unexpected illness and accidents, and the expensive medical bills.

Carbondale, IL–Police are searching for two white men who walked into the branch of First Southern Bank Tuesday morning just before 10 a.m. and robbed the bank at gunpoint.
The two men entered the bank wearing motorcycle helmets and one man held the employees at gunpoint while the other emptied the cash drawers. The men then escaped on a sports-style green and black motorcycle.
Carbondale police said that efforts to catch the robbers were hampered by a call reporting a stabbing which came in five minutes before the bank alarm sounded and was on the other side of town. Most of the on duty force responded to the call claiming a woman had been stabbed three times on the south side of town and then had to scramble from one scene to the other.
No victim or evidence of a struggle was found at the site of the reported stabbing and police Lt. Paul Echols has postulated that the call may have been an attempt to divert police away from the area of the bank robbery. The bank and the Carbondale police have refused to say how much money was taken during the robbery.
At the time of the robbery, there were no customers in the bank and bank employees were unharmed in the robbery. Witnesses claim the motorcycle carrying the robbers was last spotted turning west on Chataqua Road. The suspects were wearing black and silver helmets, respectively, with full face shields. Otherwise, a description of their clothing and the fact that they were “medium build, white males” is all the information police have released from the victims’ and witnesses’ descriptions.

As a Registered Nurse I have been faced with several upset families, not those who feel care was less than excellence or that feel the staff was rude, but the families of patients that were upset that we couldn’t release information concerning the patient- their family member. The three reasons that come to mind are the ones I have encountered the most and I would like to share them with you. So, next time before you take off the head of a caregiver try to remember that our jobs encompasses the patients’ protection of identity as well as the medical issues that brought them to us.
1. If a patient has been abused there is no way for the staff to know if the abuser is on the other end of line trying to obtain the patients whereabouts.
2. The patient may have signed that there information including there name isn’t to be given out under any circumstances.
3. It’s the law. Very simply put we can not release anything other than a name and again that is only if we feel the patient isn’t at risk.
So please remember we want to inform families and in some cases will actually talk with the patient to determine if that is OK but we are held to a law we can not break or we can face legal issues that can include the loss of our jobs.
Also of importance is to keep in mind that if we are on the phone with you, we aren’t with the patient and their care stops for the length of time it takes to get you to understand we can’t give out information.

I think everyone, at some point, has had the debate about marijuana. Whether or not it should be legal, whether or not it’s a drug, and so forth. A factual answer is simple.
The proper definition of a drug is “a man made, mind-altering substance.”
Hmm… as far as I know, marijuana is not man made. As for mind-altering… not so much, it just makes you lazy and your reactions slower.
I think it’s a person’s choice to be lazy. Smoking marijuana helps them achieve it.
I don’t see a problem with it being legal. Marijuana can, and probably should be, sold like cigarettes. You should be 18 to buy a pack, and maybe have a pack consist of less than 20 “joints.” (20 joints would be expensive.)
As for reported vehicle accidents, I think it doesn’t depend on whether or not the driver was high, but rather the irresponsibility of the driver. After all, if you’re “stoned” and driving, you’re probably going 10 miles under the speed limit anyway.
I am not a “pothead” but I have smoked marijuana before. Therefore, I think my point is valid and rules out any inexperience.
I find it silly that you can’t be arrested for being high, but you can be arrested if you are in possession of marijuana or what you used to smoke it. It doesn’t seem very fair.
I see nothing wrong with marijuana. It should be a choice to use it, like the choice we are given with tobbacco.

Here is a new email scam to beware of should you be contacted by someone claiming to be Rick Johnson or Juliania Gallon. Here’s how it works: You place an ad in the marketplace of facebook or myspace to sell something like say a fleece blanket. Rick Johnson emails you saying he is interesting in purchasing your blanket and that his secretary will contact you to make the arrangements. A few days later you’ll receive another email saying he has found the item somewhere else for less but thanks anyway. Than Juliania Gallon will email you and want to order ten of your blankets. You email her an invoice from paypal but she says she can’t use paypal because she doesn’t have an account. You email her back that she doesn’t have to have an account with paypal to make a purchase and Juliania will than explain by email that she has made a purchase in New York for some furniture and wants to send you the money. She explains in an email that she will send you a check to cover your items and that you are to send the rest by wire to cover the shipping cost of her furniture.
You can tell her no, only send your amount owed but instead you will have a FedEx truck come with a check for $1090 overnight. If you take the check to the bank and deposit it into your account and send the rest of the money on as she requested you just got scammed. The check is a fake, the account doesn’t exist and you will have to pay the money back to the bank. Plus if you fell for this scam you just sent them your items for free and paid for shipping on top of everything.
The Fedex package overnighted with a company name looks like a real business and the check appears real to the average person but your bank representatives know the difference. Never deposit a check like this without verifying it with the bank to make sure it is a real check or you will be responsible for paying it back to the bank. If you get a package like this it may contain a suspicious letter involving emailing an unknown account for further instructions for the rest of the funds sent. Be aware that this is a scam to get you to cash the phony check through your account and then pass the rest on to the awaiting scammer plus you just mailed your own items and paid for shipping to these criminals.
