I find the dating scene to be so complicated and scary. Most people in our society today are involved with online dating. But there are so many possibilities of becoming targets. And what I mean by targets is, victims of rapists, abusers, or thiefs! What should a person do if they find themselves in a position where they like someone, but they’ve met online, and are unsure of what percautions to take? Here are some safety tips for you to fall back on.

1. Always meet your interest in a public place. If they tell you they don’t like public places for
some reason or another. Leave them alone! They are probably up to no good.

2. Get as much information as you can about your interest before you meet. Address, Place
of employment, Bank, etc., and check up on this information before meeting them. You need to
know that they are being honest and up front with you from the start.

3. Bring a friend to watch over you. This friend should not be joining you, but be off to the side
close by, taking pictures. This friend should get a picture of their car, license plate number,
the interest themselves, etc. They won’t know who you know (unless you have their
face plastered on the website you met them on).

4. Don’t forget to bring your cell phone, which hopefully has voice activation. If at any point you
start feeling uncomfortable with his advances, you can just reach inside your purse and push
the side of your phone and start recording. I give this advice, because if you decide you want
to file charges against him for harassment, the police will need some kind of proof.

5. Never give them too much information. Don’t get into bank accounts, where your kids go to
school (it’s none of their business unless they want to start paying their child support), how
much income you make, where you keep your valuables in the home (they could follow you
home and break in while your gone, or worse, sleeping!)

It’s a very unsafe world these days, and people are becoming harder and harder to trust. I know…I’ve made this mistake. And it almost cost me my life! Worse yet, I didn’t have the smarts at the time to take these precautions, and the police had very little to go on. I never did catch my attacker.

Be safe…not sorry!

Do you have a hard time getting your nails to grow? I use to bite my fingernails so short they use to bleed! Then I finally came up with a way to help grow your nails out long, and strong! Would you believe me if I told you that you could have nice, long, strong, nails for just one dollar a week?

That’s it, I spent one dollar and learned how to kick my nail biting habit! I now have nails that most people pay to have on their hands!  I haven’t bit my nails in over ten years now! I told my best friend how I did it, and she finally tried it and it worked for her too!

I’m sure you would like to know what you could buy for a dollar that will actually help you to grow your nails out right?  The first week I bought a pack of disposable emery boards, for one dollar. I placed one in every room of the house, a few in my purse, and one in the car so I would always have one handy. Every time that I had the urge to bite my nails, I grabbed a file, and filed them lightly instead! With-in two weeks, my nails had already started to grow. It was way easier to grow your nails, than I thought it would be! I had bitten my nails my whole life, and all of a sudden I no longer needed to!

You may also want to purchase a file called a buffer, also about one dollar! When you grow your nails out for the first time, there may be some damage from all of the prior nail biting. Using a buffer will help to correct this type of nail damage. This is also a great way to strengthen your nails.

Filing your nails will help you grow your nails out long, hard, and strong. It may take three months or so before your nails actually start looking really nice, but you will begin seeing results with-in the first week. I would not advise painting them for the first three months. Some times when polish starts to chip, this may make you want to put them in your mouth, or it could prevent you from wanting to file. If you would like to grow your nails out, give this a try it may work for you, too!

Lately his campaign has lowered threshold to 200K and Biden even said 140K. Which is nearer what Dems usually say is rich anything over 100K. In fact just last year both Biden and Obama voted to raise taxes on those earning over 42K.

Well friends, 100K is not poor but it is closer to middle class than ever. In about 5 years 100K will be the lower middle and poor will be at 60K. Who would have thought you could be poor at 35K? In many parts of the country 60K is not enough for one income.

In 2010 the tax cuts that were passed in Congress will be up for vote to extend. Obama will not want those tax cuts extended and most Democrats do not want the tax cuts extended. When those are reversed then that is a TAX INCREASE.

Be careful what you wish for. LOOK at the e voting record and look at what is planned.

When wishing businesses to take it on the chin and pay for more you are really saying tax ME more. Where do you think biz gets tax revenue? It’s not from their profits it’s from the taxes they collect.

INTRODUCTION

Many of us girls are really conscious with our faces and body so we are doing anything to look more younger, sexy and pretty by using such artificial products. To tell you the truth, they will make you 10 years older and believe me because I experienced it.

I started putting beauty creams and products at the age of 12 because my sister told me that it will make me more beautiful and younger but my regret is why I followed her advice without knowing the side effects of the creams will make my skin look older because it’s destroying our skin cells.

Actually It created big problems for me so I look for a way on how to treat it. My mom advice me that I better stop putting in my face and just regularly wash it twice a day and everything will be fine so I tried it. Luckily, my skin starts to appear good and fresh and then she told me lots of natural remedies.

Ways to look 10 years younger

Stop using cosmetics - This artificial product will destroy your face so try avoiding make up, lipstick,  and foundation.

Use milk for wash - Try using a milk to wash your face because it will make your face fresh and relax.

Touch of the ice - Use ice cubes and rub it to your face softly to make the cells relax and smooth.

Always smile - Keep smiling everyday because this is the best cure to make you more younger

Eat fruits - Always eat fruits because it will help your body organ to produce new cells. Try eating orange for vitamin c.

Drink lots of water - Drink 8 glasses a day to moisturize your skin and it will not dehydrate you.

Have enough sleep - Don’t stress and sleep 8 to 9 hours a day.

By following this guidelines, You will be surely 10 years younger and much healthier.

If you’re looking for a fun and unique idea for your daughter’s next birthday party, why not try having a Photo Shoot party? Most girls enjoy posing for the camera, especially when they get to dress up or be made up pretty.

Start with invitations announcing your glamorous day. If you like, you can go with a theme suitable for your daughter’s age or interests, such as Princess or Fairies for younger girls or Hollywood or Top Model for older girls. Let them know that they will be dressing up and taking lots of pictures! You can also have just a general photo shoot with different kinds of props of your own choosing.

Begin to gather items for the girls to dress up in or use as props. Thrift stores are excellent for this, you can find old prom dresses, hats, jewelry, long gloves, sunglasses, etc. If it happens to be near Halloween, all the better. Wait until after Halloween when things are marked down and you can find princess tiaras, wands, boas, funky jewelry, makeup and all kinds of great stuff for really cheap.

Set up an area where you will take the pictures. Inside is best, where the lighting and weather can be controlled. You can use just a blank wall if you like, but props make the photos much more interesting. Even a simple chair or bench can be a lot of fun for silly or dramatic girls in front of a camera. Other items you can use could be colorful pillows, hanging strands of beads, stuffed animals, etc.

You can set up other “stations” also where the girls can get ready. One area for costumes, one for makeup, one for props, and so on. They can go one by one through each station as they get ready. The birthday girl gets to go first, of course! Be sure to have something else for the others to do while waiting their turn. Some may be entertained to just watch their friends, but a backup is always a good idea, especially for younger ones. Try a fun craft or simple game.

Enlist other moms to help. If you have friends that will be coming and don’t mind pitching in, use them to help coordinate outfits, apply makeup or just keep things in order. This can be a huge help in a situation that could get out of hand. Plus it will keep things moving faster.

Play some fun music to set the mood. Girls will feel even more like a ‘model’ if the atmosphere is there. Select age appropriate tunes to keep the energy up and the inspiration high.

A digital camera is highly recommended. This way, you can take lots of shots of each girl without worrying about wasting film. Another plus and really fun thing to do is to post the pictures online with www.snapfish.com or another photo website so they can go see all the pictures themselves and order some if they want. Place an inexpensive frame with a note in the goody bags letting the moms know where to go to see the pictures. Don’t forget to take a group shot as well!

If you have the opportunity, you can print out one picture for each girl before they leave as a souvenir or send one in a thank you note. Go with whatever works for you and whatever your birthday girl prefers. In any case, she and her friends will feel like beautiful stars for the day and your party will be remembered for a long time to come!

HOW TO CLEAN THE FACE

HOW TO DO EYEBROW ARCHING

There are two types on how to trim your eyebrow: Shaving it and Plucking it. The proper way is to pluck it. To pluck the hair, practice eyebrow penciling for normal straight oblique arch and angular brow and you will be needing:

If you have dry hair then its time for you to treat it using hot oil and you can use anykinds of hotoil. I myself create my own hot oil and I am just using the natural coconut. To make your hair look beautiful, buy a special cooking oil and warm it for 5 minutes and easily put it in your hair. Keep it for 30 minutes and then rinse it with shampoo and after put some conditioner and rinse it again. After that, you will have a silky smooth hair.

A few days ago, we celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary. It was a quiet day, no bells or balloons, just a quiet dinner out at our favorite restaurant. When we came back home, my husband watched the World Series game and I put my jammies on and surfed the internet for a couple of hours.

The past 42years certainly haven’t been all wine and roses for us. It’s been far from that, more times then I care to count. We hung in there though, and I have no regrets about doing that either.

When we took our vows 42 years ago, we promised to be with each other till death do us part. So far, we’ve kept that promise to each other.

When times were tough, we argued, I won’t deny that. It always seemed to work out though. We would eventually find that light at the end of the tunnel. We raised 2 sons, one of whom is divorced. For the most part, they turned out okay. We had the usual teenage problems to cope with, most parents do, I have found.

Money problems plagued our marriage. We even went through bankruptcy and home foreclosure. Those times were rough, very rough. At one point we didn’t know if we’d have a roof over our heads, or a bed to sleep in. It worked itself out, though. We needed to change our lifestyle somewhat, but we made it through that financial mess and moved on.

I’m no marriage counselor and don’t have all the answers to keeping a marriage together in these trying times that face many individuals today in this  sometimes crazy,  mixed up world that we live in . In our case, we just stuck it out together through thick and thin. We respected each other and always felt like we were a team. Teamwork worked best for us.

I feel that the divorce rate is so high at this time, because people give up to easy. They don’t take their vows as seriously as we do. When things get rough, rather then seeking counseling or some other type of help, they just split. They don’t think the marriage is worth the hassle of saving. They move on, and some are soon in a new situation that was worse then the one they left.

Marriage is a 24/7 job. It needs nurturing and lots of TLC each and everyday. Marriage, just like your employment, is what you make of it, and what you put into it. If you don’t like your job, your coworkers, and everything else that goes along with it, it’s not going to work. But unlike finding a new job, if you’re not happy with your current one, you just can’t go out and find another marriage. If you do, and with that attitude, you’re probably going to end up in the same boat you’re already in. Marriage has more of a bond then a job.You need to try and work it out, if at all possible.

There are situations that are inevitable, of course. Sometimes things just can’t be worked out. We aren’t expected to stay in a situation where one or both partners are totally miserable. Life is to short for that. In those cases, we need to move on.

When you are blessed to have found a partner that you can have a marriage of 42 years with, you truly are one of the luckiest people in this whole wide world, I feel. I thank the good Lord, each and everyday for sending this blessing my way.
