How do you get rid of dark eyes circle? Dark eyes circles happen when you don’t have enough sleep. Dark eyes circles are a result of poor blood circulation and fluid drainage around the eyes. You can pretty much get rid of it if you get some sleep to make up for loss time.

If you go out late one night just notice how much dark circles you’ll get the next morning. It’s not that nice. You will feel very tire as well as looking tire. Its just part of the sleep deprivation thing. The main reason for eyes circles are not enough sleep, poor blood circulation to the eyes, poor hydration and poor fluid drainage.

You have seen how this works before. You went out too late at work and you have to wake up at 5am and get ready for work. You will not only have dark eyes circle but you’ll be very tire and you won’t be that great at work. This is not recommended for people in the healthcare field because you can make so many mistakes if you don’t get sufficient sleep.

The key is to get plenty of good night sleep so that you don’t wake up tire with dark eyes. I have seen one of my friends with dark eyes all the time and the reason is that he doesn’t sleep. First thing that you can help out your dark eyes circle is to sleep. If you have some extra time just stay in bed and don’t get out. Stay there until you don’t feel tire anymore and your eyes circle probably would lessen too.

Sleeping is probably the best solution to your eyes circles. There are many other things that you can do too. Things that you can do include putting on some cool cucumber to cool and relax your eyes. You can drink some water to hydrate yourself. You can exercise to increase circulation to the area. You can also put a warm cloth over it to allow blood to flow more to the area so that you can have more nutrients to that affected area.

Doing several of these remedies will help alleviate the problem of dark eyes circle. Sometimes you don’t really have a choice and you have to get up and go to work early and you can’t sleep in. If you can just take a quick nap during your break and during your lunch time, sleeping during the day time is worth more than the night time. Thirty minutes during the day time is considered about one hour of night time sleep.

Other things that you can do include putting on a hot cloth. Warm water will open up your blood vessels and increase blood flow to the affected area and that will alleviate some of your dark circles. You put two slice of cool cucumber on your eyes to cool down your eyes and relax you. Drink plenty of water to keep the area hydrated so that some of your circle can get some water flowing to it. Not drinking enough will always give you bad skin problems. Drinking plenty of water especially is one of the most important things that you can do for yourself. If you don’t want dark eyes circles next time just don’t go out late and get plenty of sleep every night. Sleep will make you less prone to illness and skin problems.
