Save yourself from burnout

The victims of burnout is undergoing a change that the world often find in different ways.
Some early signs of burnout, is that the person try to do everything yourself, often work overtime, and find it difficult to hand over information to others.
The person feels inadequate, and have a bad conscience that it can´t do their duties.
It´s also common that these persons try to control their co-workers by, for example, check how much work they have.
The next stage is often, that the person begins to avoid colleagues, skip the coffee break and/or the lunch, go away without saying why, or leaving piles of paper on her/his desk for weeks, maybe months.
After some time, you can get physical symptoms, such as heart palpitations, or high blood pressure.
In addition, a person may have difficulty sleeping and also emotionally outbreaks on the job, and it can make problems with the co-workers.
Frequently, body and soul have sent out signals for a long time that stress and pressure is too high. If the fatigue is growing, there is a risk to fall into a depression.
Fatigue symptoms provides both physical and mental complaints. Often, the physical complaints appeal first.
The physical complaints may be a pain in the shoulders, neck or back. While discomfort or pain from the chest or heart and problems with stomach are common signs.
Common complaints of a mental nature are sleep problems, which in turn can cause that you are constantly tired, have problem to concentrate, and have problem with your memory.
Many feel emotionally exhausted and become hypersensitive to any type of stress.
If the stress go on, are anxiety attacks not uncommon.
Eventually you can develop a depression.
