The dangers caused by the fact that we don`t sleep enough are already known.
On the other hand, another research suggests that too much sleep can also have bad effects over our health. The researchers from the University from California have discovered that the persons which spend in bed nine-ten hours every night, fall asleep much harder and have an unrest sleep than the persons which sleep eight hours / night . But, neither those who sleep seven hours don`t wake up refreshed in the morning.
Daniel Kripte and Michael Grandner, the authors of the study published in the magazine “Psychomatic Medicine”, say that this conclusions prove that a perfect night sleep do not have to pass eight hours. They have studied 1004 grown-up voluntaries related about their sleep habits. This have indicated how much were they sleeping in a week and if they had suffered of unrest sleep (for example: waking-up in the night frequently, difficuly falling asleep and tiredness during the day).
In conclusion, the researcher have noticed that the subjects which sleep nine-ten hours during the night have more problems than those which sleep just eight hours.
